CORPORATE PROFILE

With God's Help and with hard work, dreams do come true...

Able Music International, Inc. was born from its founder's dream...

It started as Able Music Services, founded by Reynaldo O. De Vera on October 1, 1987. It produced cover versions, political jingles, and Pilipino recordings, both original and adaptations. Its products were distributed by Alpha records Corporation.

On August 8, 1988, Able Music Services was incorporated into Able Music International, Inc. (AMII) with the following incorporators: Reynaldo O. De Vera, Lucy S. De Vera, Olive M. Gamboa, Ramon Tan, Clarita Tan and Manuel Tan. Elected president and general manager was Reynaldo O. De Vera and elected treasurer was Ramon Tan.

From a staff of five, the company steadily grew. It started to set up its own marketing network, with its main office at No. 4 Ilang-Ilang St., E. Rodriguez Ave., Quezon City and a branch in Cebu City servicing the Visayas and Northern Mindanao area and another branch in Davao City servicing the rest of Mindanao. There was also a division servicing the Luzon Area.

Later on, AMII became the exclusive distributor of Laserlight-Delta and Higher Octave tapes and CDs from the U.S.A. It also got the license to some albums from Cool Music and other labels.

Headed by its president Reynaldo O. De Vera and its VP-Treasurer Clarita Tan, AMII became a corporate member of the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI) and has remained a member of good standing up to the present.

It has widened its product line and produces and distributes cassette tapes, VHS tapes, compact discs, VCDs, and DVDs. It is open to special projects, tie-ups and the like.

AMII has continued to be a recording company serving the music industry with integrity and deep concern for its people and its buyers.
